Tomás Pérez-Acle, PhD

Tomás Pérez-Acle earned his PhD in Biotechnology from Universidad Andrés Bello in 2007. From 2001 to 2010, he served as the head of the Center for Bioinformatics (CBUC) at Universidad Católica de Chile. From 2010 to 2014, he was Executive Director of the National Laboratory of High Performance Computing (NLHPC) at Universidad de Chile. Currently, he is an Associated Researcher and Professor at the Millennium Institute Centro Interdisciplinario de Neurociencias de Valparaíso and the Director of the Computational Biology Lab at Fundación Ciencia & Vida.
