Researchers from Ciencia & Vida Receive Important Award at the “Next Waves in Cancer Immunotherapy Meeting”

A Poster describing the latest research advances of Alvaro Lladser, head of the Laboratory of Gene Immunotherapy and his Doctoral Student Nicole Rojas-Colonelli, won important Price at the “Next Waves in Cancer Immunotherapy Meeting” recently held in Germany

The main scope of 2014 Meeting of the International Association for Cancer Immunotherapy was centered in the integration of science with new technologies and personalized medicine. In this capacity, Nicole Rojas-Colonelli, a graduate student in the laboratory of Dr. Lladser presented promising results on the production of a new generation of DNA vaccines that help the immune system to fight cancer. A jury composed of internationally renowned scientists gave Nicole´s work an award as the best poster in the category of “Improving Immunity”. Congratulations!!
