Sarah Elizabeth Nuñez Clausen

Biography

Dr. Nuñez received her degree as an Engineer in Molecular Biotechnology from University of Chile. In 2017, she completed her PhD program in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Chile. During this period, she was also a Graduate Research Fellow at Columbia University. Upon completing her PhD, she began a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Centro Ciencia & Vida funded by an ANID Postdoctoral grant. Following her postdoctoral training, in 2022 she was awarded an ANID Iniciación Grant to continue her research at Centro Ciencia & Vida. She currently holds a position as Associate investigator at Centro Ciencia & Vida and is Academic investigator at Universidad San Sebastián.
